This little piece came through Reverse Side of the Medal, which is the main Telegram channel for the Wagner Group. It raises a lot of questions. So here it goes:
Well, the main claim to the “calibration” of objects in Ukraine, which calls into question both the effectiveness and moral justification of missile strikes, is the choice of targets. How are the targets selected, guess? I wrote to you about intelligence. There are almost no satellites, no air reconnaissance means either, agents showed themselves in the first days of the war. I think that at the moment the main effect of most missile strikes is informational and psychological. Informational — makes it possible to report on the destruction of the “Azov” headquarters. And psychological — the population intimidates.
There are a few things that are strange with this. The obvious screaming one is, Russia has no working satélites over the combat zone? Either this is true, and Roscomos is a front. Or the burning of ground control earlier in the war was very effective, or this is disinformation.
It becomes a nice excuse as to why Russia continues to hit civilian targets. This part of the paragraph is the choice quote here:
