Anybody else, and I mean anybody outside the stratosphere of the executive and legislative branches …would be in federal prison already for having this material in a bathroom, ball room, etcetera. Not talking out of my ass either. And he was offered a few off ramps he refused to take, because he is a stubborn, proud (in the wrong way) man who has lived a charmed life regarding the legal system.

You are right, this is not the Nixon rule…this is the national security rule. And given I know people who risked their lives to obtain the types of intel this man took home with him, I prefer to give the legal system it’s due time to work. No, I would not be a good candidate for a jury, incidentally, because I am familiar, in passing, with this shit.

So we are on the same page, both Pence and Biden were given the exact same off ramp…they took it. In my mind neither should run on principle. Alas both are. But they should not.

So we are even more clear…everybody, and I mean this from the lowest person in the totem pole, up to the top in both the executive and legislative branches…needs a long stand down, like the armed forces do, and training in the handling of this material, and why the hell it is so damn sensitive.
