I think Ukraine will have a vote on that. It will be a vote through force of arms. They also need the restoration of the canal Russia destroyed to get water. Otherwise it’s a desert.

As to the Golden Horde…it is precisely there that the Russian sense of persecution starts. They never got over it. They need a collective session to deal with that.
