I get it. And yes, there are systemic issues why people have no time for this. However, there are ways to make time for it. What we really need is serious regulations of the food industry where they can’t put healthy claims on poison.

We also need sugar taxes, which are starting around the world.

And we may need comunal kitchens where some people cook for larger groups of people.

I am not telling you that you must do this…do what you want, or feel capable. But at a public health level, meaning population level, we are getting sick, because this poison is killing us.

By the way,we don’t eat raw,but I cook from fresh ingredients. You know why? I got tired of feeling sick and with no energy all the time. And it was from this poison. It was this poison that started me on the way to obesity and diabetes as well, even though we ate mostly healthy food at home. But the few hyper-processed foods did it, together with epigenetics.

Do what you wish. I’m giving you the information, if you wish to internalize it and do something, or not, is up to you. But at a public health level, we definitely need to tax and regulate this poison. It is well on the way to bankrupt multiple economies around the world.

It is the new tobacco.
