I do the fasting, however, due to my T2D I have found I need a very small meal in the morning. This is grass fed Greek yogurt, a couple tablespoons, with a spoon of AMLA powder. We are talking of less than 200 calories.

This is me. Because I test often I hacked my way to this.

Dirty fasting, yes. But it helps to keep better glycemic control.

I would love to get a CGM, but insurance.

Rumor has it that Apple will release a sensor in the series 8 watch. They do, I am there, with backup from the traditional stick.

What definitely has helped me control my diabetes is both time restrictive and low carb high good fats. It was a great thing to find this. No more insulin. And mine is old in the tooth, so even if I still need meds, pre diabetic level, and far less medicines.

If I can lose some more perhaps will be able to just use metmorfin.
