I could tell you one piece of advise you have there that is the precise wrong thing for physiological reasons. Canned fruit has a lot of added sugar. It’s the sugar that is the problem. We could have an argument about what the processing does to oh…the fiber in pears as well. Oh and make sure the rest is just the primary ingredient, and BPA free.
I am not annoyed. Just pointed out that people need to change exactly how they think about it. A truism of diets, very technically, is that it is whatever you eat. But since the word is so damn loaded, and it means temporary, whatever you do, including you, it’s a lifestyle change. That is what you are telling people to do.
It’s technically a diet. It’s the same for what I am doing. But it’s embracing a new way of do things things that are sustainable and enjoyable to the individual.
But the rest of what I said is true. None of this pandemic is normal. None of it. I lay the blame not at people, but the food industry (and governments around the world). This is as bad as big tobacco.
