I cannot understand the cosmic stupidity of following somebody you viscerally disagree with. Incidentally, history is what I am using as a guide. History includes the fact that the public, or Republicans, were not in that hearing train in 1972 either. Fun fact…not that this matters, Pelosi will kill the clock, started BEFORE the election. Another fun fact, the man who coined the term nothing-burger (a Republican) was in the will impeach Nixon train in the end. But it took hearings.

Thankfully the leadership team back then was not in need of a spine. I have plenty of bad things to say about the other party, and how broken the political system is at the moment. Later today I will pen one of those. As partisan as you are, you will likely agree with that one.
