Hmm. Diet is not temporary. You are on one right now, This is the biggest misconception. Your diet, literally is whatever you eat every day. That's it.

Some diets are healthier than others, granted, but the word literally is what you eat. This is why your doctor will ask what is your diet, or will recommend a specific diet if you should need one for health reasons.
