Here is a shock, I know. In war propaganda is common. There are books on war time propaganda during WW2 in the US, for example. Some of those posters are real pieces of Americana that are used to this day for different uses. See Rosie the Riveter for an example.

So you are surprised there is an information war as well? Really? Lemme introduce you to Russian propaganda.
