Here. I used to believe far more in the portion size. Then I came across Dr. Lustig’s work. Mostly took that dive though to health history.

N=1 ergo an anecdote. But I am far less hungry since I went and removed as much added sugar. In my mind peoples portions will normalize when this stuff is regulated and heavily taxed.
However, like tobacco, it will take a bottom up approach because of regulatory capture.
