Health Care System Collapse: Its Reality

Early in the pandemic, I wrote that a medical system collapse was very possible. In fact, we saw warnings from Italy, a few far less well-funded medical systems in emerging economies, and several states came close. Two years on we are facing it, because COVID can overwhelm medical systems. We are also facing an environment where a large minority of the population studiously refuse vaccines, for political reasons.
