What is Russia Planning?

As a former first responder, I am familiar with drills and training. Trust me, if you are not on a call, you are either maintaining gear, eating, resting, or drilling. However, this is not your routine drill.

If I were naive, I would dismiss this as just training. But given some of the material we have seen and that I have shared with you, we should start to consider that Russia is thinking of just the escalation we all believe is nuts. That is a very real possibility of a nuclear escalation:

Seventy percent of the housing destroyed can only happen under exactly one condition, a nuclear exchange. So is Russia considering this? First that training description. Mind you, I am not against training. Every first responder worth his or her salt knows this. It’s this:

Staff civil defense training will take place throughout Russia. According to the Base, such exercises — for all regions and on one day — are being held for the first time in the history of the country. According to legend, the training will take place under martial law and the destruction of 70% of housing.
