Oh and I lost 60 pounds, kept them off, but really not by counting calories. That utterly failed.

Fun fact, cancer is related to insulin dysfunction, energy dysfunction and yes, the resultant obesity.

Once you actually read the literature, you will learn this has connections to Alzheimer’s, high blood pressure, cancer, and a few other disorders. It is high insulin resistance, and the role of insulin in fat deposition.

So I am shocked you are not blaming a cancer patient (some more than others) for over-eating.

This is religion to you. It’s a morality play. The forward thinking now sees obesity as a symptom of insulin dysregulation, and the cure, as much as you can cure it, is the Banting diet. It’s old in the tooth, not a fad. You might have heard of this referred as keto.

There are good calories, and bad calories. The really bad ones are things like potatoes, yams, and highly processed foods including low fat flavored yogurts (brimming to the top with sugar)

We are in this global pandemic because of the kind of bad science, I am being nice by even calling it science, it’s religion, that led to the current standard American diet. That you can’t connect how we fatten pigs, cows, chickens for slaughter with the food pyramid, these days my plate, is not surprising though.

Keep your morality to yourself.

Those of us getting educated on the leading edge of metabolic science and USING IT TO OUR ADVANTAGE don’t want to hear from CICO fanatics like you. Especially since I know it has an over 90 percent failure rate. I know it utterly failed for me…got the logs, and the slowed down BMR, between the dieting and Avandia, it is what it is.

Shocking, but Keys knew of the permanent BMR slowdown as early as the mid 1950s. But hey, keep pushing. We are going to fully ignore what you have to say. And Ancel Keys hoodwinked people with really bad science, and is partially responsible for this pandemic.
