Fires at Multiple Oil Depots

It’s not just Rostov. We now have several other fuel tank farms burning. This one is the Atlas fuel facility. I will be posting the photo of OSINT M.T Anderson because it’s significant as well:

Fire at the Atlas oil depot in Rostov Oblast, Russia, which was hit today by Ukrainian UAVs — two tanks are burning, three more are presumably damaged, but have not caught fire. OSINT researcher M.T. Anderson, who published the satellite image, points out that there are fire trucks around the depot, but for some reason there are no signs of them extinguishing the fire. A fire at this depot could cause fuel shortages at the Millerovo military airfield, located nearby.

Having done EMS, my educated eye caught two critical factors in that satellite photo. It might be early on the fire ground. But then, there was no attempt to cool down neighboring tanks with water or use foam.

I have speculated that they are running out, or ran out, of firefighting foam. Natalka found this on a local channel:
