Diets Don’t Work: Lifestyle Changes Do

Diets don’t work. I agree with that statement. The reason they don’t work is partially our minds. We have been conditioned to believe a diet is temporary. Once you get to your goal, whatever it is, you can eat all those things you did not. If this is what you think, I guarantee you will fail.
