70% of all military traffic of the Russian Federation to the Zaporozhye and Kherson fronts collapsed:
Overnight Ukraine used Storm Shadows to hit the bridges connecting the Crimean Peninsula to southern Ukraine. This is the beginning of the isolation of Crimea. It will also make it harder to supply Russian troops in Zaporizhia and Kherson.
This is a big deal and indicates Ukraine is further shaping the battlefield. This will not only affect the military. Russian civilians have used these bridges to get out of dodge when evacuations are ordered.
It indicates that the General Staff is isolating the southern Russian group as much as possible. No reinforcements, no water, no food, no bullets. This is as basic in warfighting as we get. You have the supplies, but deny them to your opponent. Add to that the reported Cholera and other intestinal diseases, and the Russian force is further weakened.
