Crimea and the Bridge

There are questions about who bombed the bridge. First, a video has appeared of the bombing. It looks like a truck bomb. The debris on the span also matches this. The partisans inside Russia have a good question on this:

The fire was extinguished three hours later. As a result, minus seven fuel tanks, the railway track is unusable, the movement of cars is impossible due to the destruction of two spans of the bridge. We are interested in an important question: was it a shahid-mobile? Or did the partisan (whoever he was) still manage to escape?

Why are they asking this? The span where the explosion happened was the one coming from the Kuban. This is Russia proper. So my initial hunch that this was Ukraine may not be Ukraine. However, they are not taking credit either.

As usual, we will need to wait for a tad to find out who did it. However, the effect is strategic. And the first rumbles of that are starting. Moscow has ordered the evacuation of its functionaries from the peninsula:
