How many of you have been told that you need to lose weight? Then you are told to eat less, move more, it’s about energy balance. If you are lucky, your doctor refers you to a dietitian. Or you go join Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. It really does not matter. The formula is the same. Eat less, keep this to higher carbs anyway, and move more.
