Breaking News: The Civil War is Likely Starting in Russia
As the sun rises in Russia, Wagner has reached the city of Rostov-on-Don. These are forces that left the Donbas overnight. This is a critical development in this drama. This also means that the Donbas no longer is defended by Wagner troops. This happened with very little resistance, if any, by federal Russian forces.

This is my take. Wagner is taking control of the Southern military district.
