ATACMS? Berdyansk…Lugansk…Russian Humor

I thank some of our partners: effective weapon, as we agreed, — Zelensky about the result of strikes on the airfields of Lugansk and Berdyansk.

A Russian base in Berdyansk was hit hard overnight by the Azov Sea. The Russians are not precisely shocked or happy. It will perhaps be the worst day in Russian aviation in this war. They lost helicopters and personnel in what otherwise should be a rear area. We got confirmation of the hit from Z channels. This is one of them posted about this:

Based on the available data, we can say with 99% confidence that the enemy actually received from the United States and used the MGM-140 “ATACMS” tactical missile system (GRAU index: Modificirovannaya S-200).

In this case, the blow was delivered by a version of the ATACMS: Block-1A complex (M39A1), which contains a missile containing from 200 to 300 M74 submunitions, and has the ability to hit targets at a distance of up to 300 km.

To be honest, video is devastating. And we have confirmed this as well. We provided ATACM missiles, and Ukraine used them to significant effect. This means that now Ukraine has more capability to continue to shape operations and degrade the Russian force. It is making the occupation that much more difficult.
