Amnesty International and Ukraine

Amnesty International is usually held in high esteem. However, they released a report blaming Ukraine for civilian casualties while defending Ukrainian cities. The report is fodder for Russian wartime propaganda.

This report has a few issues. But the worst is that the organization treated Ukrainian Amnesty branch employees as fully disposable and did not take any input from its Ukrainian staff.
