American Politics are About to Change

You may have seen these. It’s a moment when the mask is falling off. If you had any doubts, it’s now apparent we have a political extremism problem in both the far right and the far left. Or, to be precise, what passes for that in left-wing American politics? I have said it many times: many of our lefties are not lefty. They have no idea, or ideological rigor for that matter.

These kids may think they are edgy and lefty, but they are neither.

Something went wrong over ten years ago in American politics along the edges. It was at the same time that far-right extremism started to take shape, but for many of us, the left side could be, more or less, ignored. Why? They did not have as much power as the far right. However, they still have power. They do. And we must be aware of what is going on.

What we are seeing right now in colleges where young Jewish kids fear for their lives hiding in school libraries is a result of these politics. Why are they hiding? Because young kids, who are part of multiple progressive causes, have decided to embrace Hamas. They are now screaming “from the river to the sea” while at times demanding the genocide of their classmates and, nope, not using hyperbole. The words final solution, genocide, and death to Israel have become common. All this is under the banner of free Palestine.
