I eat a keto diet (in the process of reversing diabetes). I have lost by counting calories and keto, plus IF 60 pounds and lost some meds in the process.

Reduce your insulin resistance, this is cutting edge, and you will do better. Ditch all the processed foods.

I know it is some work. But you are on a diet right now.

I don’t think you are lazy. The Industry has done you no favors. But it is posible to lose and keep it off. I have, for the first fifty. I need to lose another thirty because I like my mind, and would love to keep my kidneys and my toes.
